Coastal Management Corp. is a family-owned and operated company that has served Marco Island homes and condos since 1982. Jalila and Steve Purcell carry on the tradition of the same family ownership — treating every property as if it were their own.

Jalila oversees all operations for Coastal Management Corp., from scheduling inspections to coordinating with our network of local service partners. She personally ensures that every homeowner receives the same level of care and communication that has defined our company since 1982.

We visit your property, document its condition, set up your ProValet app access, coordinate key exchange, and establish your inspection schedule — 3 to 4 visits per month. Before your first inspection, we walk the property, note any existing concerns, and tailor the service plan to your home's specific needs.

Full Service

Beyond Inspections

We handle plant watering, lawn and pool coordination, key management, in-home package delivery, mail forwarding, cleaning, repairs, painting, and carpet cleaning. We open and prepare the home for you and your guests, close it after departure, manage renter check-ins and check-outs with walk-throughs, and bring trash and recycling bins to the curb and back. Auto care includes battery tenders, starting vehicles, and wash runs. Hurricane shutter services are available subject to season. Plus storm prep, hurricane response, and insurance coordination when you need it most.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Marco Island, Isle of Capri, and South Naples.

How often do you inspect?

We inspect your property 3 to 4 times per month. The same Home Service Manager visits each time — someone who knows your home. After every visit, you receive a report with photos and video through the ProValet app.

What do you check during an inspection?

We check A/C and humidistat settings, flush drains and commodes to prevent seal damage, inspect windows and doors for cracks and leaks, verify the refrigerator, look for evidence of insects and rodents, and turn the water off when we leave.

Do you help with hurricanes?

Yes. We prep your property before the storm, check electrical and water systems afterward, survey for damage, and coordinate with insurance companies on hurricane inspections. We report — we don't repair — so you stay informed and in control.

What other services do you offer?

Beyond inspections, we offer plant watering, lawn and pool coordination, car management, key coordination, package delivery, cleaning, repairs, painting, carpet cleaning, and security evaluations — all coordinated through our local service partners.

Do you make repairs?

No. We inspect, document, and report. For repairs, we coordinate with our trusted network of local contractors and service partners. This keeps things transparent — you always decide what happens to your property.

How do I receive inspection reports?

Through the ProValet app. After every visit, your Home Service Manager uploads a timestamped report with GPS verification, photos, and video. You can review everything on your phone or computer from anywhere in the world — and you’ll know exactly when we visited.

Can you help with vacation rentals or selling my property?

Yes — through our sister company, Vacation on Marco. Steve Purcell handles vacation rentals, property sales, and investment acquisitions on Marco Island. We’re happy to make the introduction.
