How We Protect Your Home
Comprehensive Weekly Inspections
Your home is checked by the same Home Service Manager who knows your property — every visit, every time. Florida's heat and humidity are relentless on vacant homes: seals dry out, mold grows in days, and A/C systems strain without monitoring. We verify A/C humidistat settings, run faucets and sink disposals, and flush drains and commodes to preserve p-trap seals. We check every door and window for cracks, leaks, and proper security locks, and sweep every interior space, lanai or balcony, and garage. We confirm the refrigerator is running (or if you prefer it off, we leave the door propped open), check the electrical panel for tripped breakers, confirm the water heater breaker is off, and shut off the main water valve as we leave — unless you've asked in writing to leave it on. On single-family homes we walk the exterior perimeter to check pool condition, screen enclosures, and any signs of vandalism. We monitor for visual signs of mold, mildew, insects, and rodents — and if anything looks off, we report it to you immediately, not at the end of the week. After every visit, you receive a GPS-verified, timestamped report with photos and video through the ProValet app.
Hurricane Prep & Storm Response
Before a storm: We secure outdoor furniture and loose items, verify storm shutters and window protection, check garage doors, and power down sensitive systems. After a storm: We're on-site within hours to assess roof, windows, and doors for damage, check for water intrusion, verify electrical breakers, inspect pool equipment and landscaping, and document everything with photos for your insurance claim. We coordinate directly with your insurance adjuster — and we report, not repair — so you stay informed and in control of every decision.
Concierge & Vendor Coordination
Beyond inspections, we provide full vendor coordination and oversight — not just recommendations, but active management of service providers at your property. Plant watering, lawn and pool care, key coordination, package delivery brought safely inside, mail forwarding, cleaning, repairs, painting, and carpet cleaning. We open and prepare the home before you or your guests arrive and close it after you leave, handle renter check-in and check-out with pre- and post-rental walk-through inspections, and place trash and recycling bins at the curb (and bring them back in). Auto care includes battery tender setup and removal, starting vehicles, and taking them for a wash. Hurricane shutter services are available subject to availability. We work with trusted local and family-owned businesses across Southwest Florida, and every service partner we recommend is one we'd use in our own home.
